The ZSR (paying agent register) number is used for the collection, payment, and processing of invoices submitted by Swiss health insurers. The ZSR number consists of exactly 6 digits and starts with a letter. If you don't have a ZSR number, please contact our support team.

Each nursing home is assigned a unique code that functions as a GLN (global location number) and is used to identify the institution. Previously this code was also known as an EAN code. The GLN number consists of exactly 13 digits. If you don't have a GLN number, please contact our support team.
